Is there a way out of this This is potent and scary stuff. I am at 45mg a night and sleep 8 hours with not one interuption and no drowsiness. It was probably the best drug I've ever taken for severe insomnia, but it wasn't worth the 20# weight gain. I was put on Remeron after being on a skew of other antidepressents(paxil, celexa, wellbutrin and more).
It felt almost as if I drank too much alcohol.
